The Comfort Project Raffle

$ 2.00

All proceeds will go towards welcoming new refugees to Dunedin!

The Comfort Project is an initiative led by a group of diverse medical students in Dunedin who are addressing the grief, despair and societal unrest triggered by the devastating terrorist attacks on March 15th in Christchurch. In times of sorrow and tragedy, women universally mobilise to console, care and nourish. So far we have contributed our cooking skills during the sacred time of Ramadan at the local Al Huda mosque, among other volunteer initiatives. Our response seeks to unite, heal and comfort New Zealanders, and to engage our local Muslim and refugee populations. In the spirit of generosity, peace, unity and comfort we hope you will join us.

We would like to use this opportunity to also thank our sponsors – for without their generosity, this event would not have been possible.
