PGY1 Keychain Stamps

Stamps for PGY1s will be couriered to your preferred location to be collected prior to leaving for your PGY1 jobs.

This self inking stamp (Trodat 4910) is 26mm x 9mm in size and comes with a handy keychain attached.   The first line will contain your name e.g.  Dr David Smith and second line will contain your Medical Council Registration number (e.g. MCNZ# 12345).   Your MCNZ number was sent to you via email to set up your E-Port account (around Feb 15th this year)

Some DHBs provide stamps – advice received is below.   If your DHB is not listed please ask them to let us know (tech@oumsa.org)

Northland – provides stamps
Auckland / Nth Shore / Waitakere – provides stamps
Waikato – provides stamps
Tauranga & Whakatāne provide stamps.
Lakes – provides stamps but must be returned upon leaving DHB
Hawkes Bay – provides stamps
Whanganui – provides stamps
Mid Central – does NOT provide stamps
Capital & Coast DHB – does NOT provide stamps
Nelson / Wairau – provides stamps
Canterbury – does NOT provide stamps
Southern DHB – does NOT provide and would prefer these are not used (infection risk)
