Bring a Bro to Yoga
Mental Health is such a prominent issue among New Zealanders and among medical students. Evidence for the positive benefits of yoga on mental wellbeing are becoming more and more well known, plus it is an awesome way to de-stress! OUMSA invites you to bring a bro along to a yoga morning to fundraise for the Mental Health Foundation and to support the amazing work they do.
This event will be held on Saturday the 18th of June at the Activities Hall in OUSA Recreation Centre from 10am-11.30am. The yoga session will be 45 minutes long, led by yoga instructor Emily Peart, followed by coffee/hot choc after! Tickets will be $5 and there will only be 60 tickets (both you and ya pal need to purchase a ticket!!!) with all proceeds going to the Mental Health Foundation. Please remember to bring along your e-ticket!
