Med O-Week 2020 [ELM2 Ticket]

If you’ve just gotten into medical school and worried about the fact that you hardly know anyone, then worry no more.

After med O week, you’ll know heaps of fellow meddies to practise OSCE with. OUMSA holds an O week every year for our new med students. This is a 3 day event (Wed 12 Feb to Fri 14 Feb) full of activities with lots of opportunities to socialise and have fun (plus win prizes!).

Ticket includes:

Wednesday – BBQ lunch at Otago Museum lawn, team challenges event, BYOs at various restaurants around town

Thursday – Pizza at Logan park, Sports day, O-week Ball!

Friday – Trip to the beach during the day, and Traffic light stein at Starters bar to cap O-week off!

You’ll get your money’s worth and more with heaps of prizes 💰 up for grabs (such as vouchers to Noel Leeming, Dispensary, and Rob Roy’s), so get your ticket now!

Time: Variable depending on the day (need not to worry, events will not clash with compulsory lectures etc).

OUMSA Member Price: $60.00

Non-OUMSA Member Price: $80.00

Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please think carefully before you buy if you have doubts on whether you can make it or not. Ticket sales will close @ 5pm, 11th February 2020.

Also important: You will be issued an E-ticket, which you will need to bring to collect your O-week wristband that you must wear throughout the 3 days. Bring your student ID or any ID as well for us to check you off our list. If you lose your e-ticket, or otherwise cannot access it, don’t sweat, just bring an ID and we’ll get you sorted.
